How to place an order
You can submit your order in several ways:
We accept walk-in orders directly at our offices. Bring a sample of the finished product to enable us to set a manufacturing price.
We also accept manufacturing requests online, by telephone, fax, and by E-mail.
What information is required in your order
Please submit a clear written description of your products requirements.
If you wish to use your existing graphics design, include high resolution copies with your request.
If you wish to use our in-house design team to design your product, please submit a detailed description of what you want so we can create a competitive proposal for the design and printing of your product.
In your detailed description of your product, be sure to include:
Serial number of the products.
Plane figure drawing.
The quantity of products you wish to have manufactured.
Paying for your order
Upon final design and competitive price approval, you can prepay 100% before your product is manufactured or pay 50% deposit with the final 50% due upon production finish and before shipping. We send the invoice to you with your completed product. All shipping charges must be paid prior to order shipment.
Transport and delivery of goods
Domestic China customers: Air transport with an approximate delivery time of 3 days.
Railway and highway transportation with an approximate delivery time of 1-2 weeks.
Foreign customers: Air transport, with approximate delivery time of 1 week plus, depending on your location. By sea transport approximate delivery time of 1 month or more depending on your location.
